Indicative delivery charges per order, not per item: Pudo locker R109, Courier Guy kiosk R139, and door delivery from R219. Large or heavy items may require a surcharge, confirmed before payment.
Supplier orders are consolidated weekly, with a Sunday 17:00 cut-off. Dispatch and arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. You'll receive tracking when available.
For eligible online purchases, you generally have a seven-day cooling-off right from delivery under South African law, subject to statutory exceptions. The direct cost of sending goods back may apply.
If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos where possible. Your statutory rights are not limited by our wholesale supplier's shorter reporting period. We will advise a return method and assess claims under applicable law.
Order requests are passed to WhatsApp using information you enter. This static website does not store order forms or process cards. If you proceed, we use your contact, email and delivery details to handle your request, send a Paystack invoice after stock confirmation, arrange delivery and provide support.
Never share card numbers, passwords, OTPs, or banking login details over WhatsApp. Card payments are completed on Paystack’s hosted checkout, not in this website.
Placing an order request does not reserve stock or create a completed sale. After checking supplier availability and the delivery charge, we send a personalised invoice through Paystack. Check the final amount and that the invoice comes from our verified business before paying. Never pay our supplier directly.
If goods become unavailable after payment, NEXVORA will provide the remedy required by South African consumer law, regardless of the supplier's internal credit policy.
